*Some notes on the talent*
Brandon Wolcott, aka Smirk, makes music intended to inspire both the
hips and the imagination. Using a collage of found sound and original
production, he draws upon his background in theatrical sound design to
create sprawling sets both referential and distinct. Based in
Brooklyn, he has released tracks on Wolf + Lamb and Dope Recordings,
